Selling Your Business

You pay no fee until we sell your business. We ask for a 6 month exclusive period, because we usually sell the businesses we choose to represent within six months. The fee for Broker's services, Transaction Fee, in introducing buyers, assisting in negotiations, and advising Seller on the sale of the Business shall be a minimum of $25,000 or:

10%     of the value of the first $1,000,000 of Total Consideration, plus,

8%     of the value of the second $1,000,000, plus,

6%     of the value which exceeds $2,000,000

4%     of the value which exceeds $3,000,000

We typically offer a flat % rate for businesses over $20,000,000.
